Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs
  • manage reservations accurately
  • record charges for rooms, taxes, and additional fees according to hotel policy
  • provide guests with information about the hotel, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and churches
  • address and resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally
  • operate the phone system with proper etiquette, take and transfer calls, record messages, and manage wake-up calls
  • complete credit card authorizations and cash transactions accurately
  • maintain organized records including Night Audit Checklist, cash and call logs, and Front Desk Log
  • adhere to all safety and security protocols by inspecting property and ensuring functionality of lighting and secure doors
  • promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to enhance guest loyalty
  • assist with cleaning tasks such as laundry, sanitizing common areas, and stocking supplies
  • deliver guest supplies as needed and manage master keys and key cards for staff
  • assist housekeeping with guest room cleaning during busy periods
