Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or 10 years of work experience
- No experience required
- Ability to frequently lift carry and push/pull objects weighting 0-25 lbs
- Ability to frequently sit stand walk reach and perform repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near 20 inches or less and far 20 feet or more and to identify and distinguish colors
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication
- Occasional bending stooping kneeling squatting twisting and gripping
- Occasional lifting carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs
- Rare climbing
- Ability to comply with HIPAA and organizational privacy policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 10 years of work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients guests and staff
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and patient privacy
- Ability to work part-time day shifts including Thursdays Fridays and alternating Mondays through Wednesdays
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and complaints professionally
Job Duties
- Receives screens routes and/or responds to all incoming inquiries for information directions or concerns
- Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels
- Provides patient information in compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies
- Identifies and reports issues of safety and maintenance
- Assists in improving patient satisfaction anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major sources of concern
- Performs other duties as assigned
