Job Requirements

  • Must have face-to-face customer service experience
  • Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve as well as proactively alleviate potential resident concerns
  • Willingness to master and use industry systems and programs (Yardi and/or Oscar experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm with flexibility to cover additional shifts

Job Duties

  • Set great first impressions to residents, clients, prospects, and visitors
  • Anticipate and address residents' needs proactively
  • Follow up urgently on any questions or concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date reservations with detailed notes
  • Walk suites prior to guest arrival to ensure AVE brand standards are met
  • Communicate with residents and guests via email, phone, and in-person
  • Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping regarding move-ins, move-outs, make-readies, and work orders
  • Manage day-to-day operations including creating key cards, logging packages, check-in and check-out procedures, and servicing the coffee station
  • Assist with sales efforts by greeting prospects and serving as a point of contact for VIP corporate clients
  • Provide residents and clients with directions and area recommendations
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships within the team
  • Contribute to achieving AVE's business goals
