Job Requirements
- customer service experience of at least one year
- ability to work 20-29 hours per week
- valid Oregon Liquor Control Commission license or willingness to complete training
- valid Oregon Food Handler's Card or willingness to complete training
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work varied shifts
- commitment to diversity and inclusive service
- legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills
- experience working with diverse groups of people
- current Oregon Liquor Control Commission license or willing to obtain
- current Oregon Food Handler's Card or willing to obtain
- ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- perform guest ticketing duties
- usher visitors throughout the museum
- answer guest questions and provide information
- manage concierge desk activities
- deliver food and drink service
- rotate across multiple museum areas
- ensure high quality customer service
