Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to stand for 6 to 10 hours
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must have open availability for events including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Must be able to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, hear, and speak English
- Clean and neat in appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk up and down steep stairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in a guest services or security role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and direct guests
- Screen guests for prohibited items
- Secure restricted areas
- Respond to emergency situations
- Ensure the safety of all guests
- Communicate effectively with patrons and team members
- Observe employee and crowd behavior before, during, and after events
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas
- Use ticket scanners to admit patrons
- Assist guests according to ticket information
- Manage crowd control and door screening
- Promote a safe working environment
- Represent the company professionally
- Handle customer service inquiries and complaints
- Follow facility rules, policies, and procedures
- Pick up loose debris and garbage after events
- Perform other duties assigned by the Guest Services Manager
