Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- minimum of one year prior experience in Guest Services
- knowledge of Windows based applications including MS-Office and Adobe Acrobat
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ability to work effectively within a team
- professional appearance

- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to do basic mathematical operations
- ability to interpret and implement company policies
- ability to proactively identify and address guest needs
- able to obtain a gaming license from the Dry Creek Gaming Commission
- valid state driver’s license and insurable with the Tribe
- must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Promotes the Players Club, entertainment, games, and dining establishments of the casino
- signs up and supports Players Club memberships and promotions
- remains at scheduled and assigned areas, politely greeting and directing guests
- professionally and courteously answers and directs callers
- follows proper procedures for paging patrons and serves as announcer
- stays informed of casino events, promotions, and entertainment
- directs guests to valet, shuttles, and other transportation needs
- directs guests to guest services as questions arise
- collaborates with staff members to enhance guest service and overall casino image
- proactively anticipates guests' needs by searching for customers in need of service
- exercises discretion in situations requiring management attention
- remembers guest names and personal details
- possesses broad knowledge of casino games
- builds and maintains rapport with guests
- performs general Guest Services duties
- coordinates daily functions with support service departments
- assists in clerical support as needed

- acts as a role model and represents River Rock Casino professionally
