Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends including Fridays and Saturdays
- Flexibility to work peak hours typically Thursday through Saturday

- Experience in the beauty industry or salon environment preferred
- Strong technical skills using Mac computers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Duties
- Act as the first and last impression for guests and represent the Blo brand
- Manage appointment calendars, optimizing schedules and maximizing bookings
- Maintain a professional, clean, fun, and respectful salon environment
- Engage guests in the sale of hair packages, memberships, and beauty products
- Support and collaborate with a team of hairstylists and beauty technicians
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Diffuse tense situations and enhance guest experiences
