Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- capable of lifting moderate weight and standing for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of local area and hotel layout preferred
- ability to handle guest inquiries tactfully and effectively

Job Duties
- welcome guests at the hotel’s front entrance and assist with luggage
- obtain transportation services upon guest request
- coordinate between Front Desk, Valet, and Bell services
- escort guests to and from guest rooms
- provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- ensure guests are comfortable with room accommodations and features
- maintain a visible and friendly presence to enhance guest experience
