Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front-of-house or hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Handle requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
  • Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties and communicate suggestions positively
  • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Know emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • Perform all duties following associate handbook standards and procedures
