Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front-of-house or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must follow uniform and hygiene guidelines

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain uniform and practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness
- Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- Handle requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties and communicate suggestions positively
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform all duties following associate handbook standards and procedures
