Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related field
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant major
- Ability to lead and supervise employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work full-time in Tampa, Florida
- Willingness to adhere to all property policies and procedures
- Availability to work varied shifts including peak times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services or front desk
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Experience managing guest complaints and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reports
Job Duties
- Serve as property Manager on Duty overseeing all property operations
- Represent property management in resolving guest-related situations
- Manage flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby
- Handle tracking and resolution of service issues
- Lead, coach, and supervise guest services team members
- Ensure policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently
- Manage payroll administration and employee training initiatives
