Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related field
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant major
  • Ability to lead and supervise employees
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work full-time in Tampa, Florida
  • Willingness to adhere to all property policies and procedures
  • Availability to work varied shifts including peak times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services or front desk
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Experience managing guest complaints and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial reports

Job Duties

  • Serve as property Manager on Duty overseeing all property operations
  • Represent property management in resolving guest-related situations
  • Manage flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby
  • Handle tracking and resolution of service issues
  • Lead, coach, and supervise guest services team members
  • Ensure policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently
  • Manage payroll administration and employee training initiatives
