- experience in upper upscale or luxury hotel environment
- advanced knowledge of front office operations
- strong leadership and team engagement skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire front office team members
- oversee daily guest services operations
- manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- resolve guest complaints and provide exceptional service
- train and develop team members
