Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- ability to handle cash and transaction processing accurately
- flexible availability to work multiple shifts including weekends and holidays
- problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints and concerns professionally

- strong computer and technology proficiency

Job Duties
- greet and register guests
- complete guest check-in and check-out
- input and retrieve information from the computer system
- confirm guest information and room rates
- assist guests with choosing rooms and issuing electronic keys
- handle payments including cash, credit and debit cards, foreign currency, and gift certificates
- provide detailed knowledge of hotel services, room categories, rates, packages, and promotions
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- use up-selling techniques to maximize room occupancy
- manage guest complaints and negotiate satisfactory solutions
