- experience in valet parking
- valid US drivers license
- two plus years in a management position
- experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP
- experience with customer service

Job Duties
- oversee valet parking operations and ensure valet ramp is properly staffed and supervised
- collaborate closely with supervisors to manage operational flow
- lead the team during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- track hotel parking validations for reimbursement and accuracy
- drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness
- manage client relationships and align team focus on exceeding expectations
- enforce safety protocols and report incidents promptly
- handle payroll submission and budgeting in accordance with policies
- recruit, onboard, and train new team members effectively
- recognize and develop high performing employees through leadership programs
- maintain inventory of uniforms and tickets
- comply with employment and payroll policies to limit exposure to claims
