Job Requirements

  • must have face-to-face customer service experience
  • hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
  • strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • professional verbal and written communication skills
  • detail orientation and excellent organizational skills
  • ability to problem solve and proactively address resident concerns
  • willingness to master and use industry systems such as Yardi and/or Oscar
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • must be available to work full-time schedule including one weekend day

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • set a welcoming and professional tone for all community interactions
  • anticipate and address residents' needs promptly
  • maintain detailed reservation records and prepare suites to AVE standards prior to resident arrival
  • communicate effectively with residents, guests, and internal teams via email, phone, and in-person
  • handle day-to-day operational tasks including key card creation, package logging, and check-in/out procedures
  • assist sales team by greeting prospects and supporting VIP corporate clients
  • contribute positively to team goals and maintain a strong knowledge of the local community
