Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Pass background check

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience interacting with various levels including team members, customers, vendors, corporate reps
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise store employees and daily operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Assist managers with tasks to maintain well-functioning facilities
  • Monitor store operations to uphold quality and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Manage a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
