Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • incredible customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives

Job Duties

  • supervise employees during shifts
  • oversee general operations of the store
  • provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
  • assist managers with operational tasks
  • maintain store facilities in good condition
  • ensure adherence to company policies and standards
  • work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
