Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or supervisory role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be proficient with basic computer and calculator use
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
- successfully pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- background check is required
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general operations of the store
- respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
- assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operation
- ensure a clean and well-maintained store environment
- uphold Pilot Company’s commitment to quality and customer service
- collaborate with team members across all levels including vendors and corporate representatives
- manage flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
