Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail experience preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • willingness and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise store employees and manage daily store operations
  • respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
  • assist store managers with various operational tasks
  • ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • maintain a customer-focused culture
  • use calculators, computers, and other equipment proficiently
  • work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
