Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or customer service roles
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of using calculators and computers
- ability to lead and supervise a team
- willingness to undergo a background check

- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer focused culture
- proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general operations of the store
- respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
- assist managers with tasks to maintain well-functioning facilities
- uphold store operations standards and quality
- ensure a customer-focused culture is maintained
- work collaboratively with team members across different levels
- support store during flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
