Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer and calculator proficiency
  • strong organizational skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • excellent customer service skills and ability to promote a customer-focused environment
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other relevant equipment
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage with various stakeholders including team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general store operations
  • respond promptly to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers with operational tasks
  • maintain a well-kept and smoothly running facility
  • enforce company policies and standards
  • coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • handle cash and operate store equipment proficiently
