Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • strong customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • supervising employees and general operations of the store
  • responding to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
  • assisting managers with tasks to maintain well-functioning facilities
  • ensuring the store's commitment to quality and customer service
  • operating store equipment including calculator and computer
  • working as part of a team and interacting with different levels within the company
  • maintaining a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
