Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- background check required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general store operations
- respond to customer needs with excellent service
- assist managers with store maintenance and operations
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- enforce company policies and procedures
- train and mentor team members
- ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock levels
