Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to operate relevant technology and equipment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Effective team collaboration skills
  • Must pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills
  • Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general store operations
  • Respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
  • Assist managers with tasks to maintain store functionality
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility
  • Ensure adherence to Pilot Company's quality and customer service standards
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Foster a team-oriented and customer-focused culture
