Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Pass a background check
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to interact with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees during shifts
  • Ensure smooth general operations of the store
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist managers with daily operational tasks
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
