Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • reliable and punctual
  • standing for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • successfully pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check is required

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the store
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain the facility and ensure smooth operations
  • maintain knowledge of store operations and Pilot Foodservice JVs commitment to quality and customer service
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • coordinate team schedules and shifts
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
