Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • pass a background check
  • proficiency in using basic computer and calculator functions

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the store
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
  • assist managers with various tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • uphold knowledge of store operations and commitment to quality and customer service
  • manage employee interactions and team dynamics
  • handle operational problems and resolve customer issues efficiently
