Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities
- must be self-directed and reliable
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- pass a background check

- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- excellent customer service skills
- proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other store equipment
- ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact at various organizational levels
- flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise store employees and oversee general store operations
- respond promptly to customer needs and promote excellent customer service
- assist managers with store upkeep and operational tasks
- maintain knowledge of store policies and commitment to quality
- ensure the facility is well-maintained and running smoothly
- lead and motivate team members
- enforce safety and company policies
