Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities
  • must be self-directed and reliable
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other store equipment
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact at various organizational levels
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • able to pass background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise store employees and oversee general store operations
  • respond promptly to customer needs and promote excellent customer service
  • assist managers with store upkeep and operational tasks
  • maintain knowledge of store policies and commitment to quality
  • ensure the facility is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • lead and motivate team members
  • enforce safety and company policies
