Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle customer service issues
- proficiency with computers and calculator
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to supervise and lead a team
- pass background check

- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- background check is required
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general operations of the store
- respond to customer needs with excellent service
- assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
- ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
- uphold PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service
- interact effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
