Job Requirements

  • Enjoy a fast-paced, guest-focused role
  • Have previous experience in hospitality and customer service
  • Be proficient in cash-handling
  • Be comfortable using computers for communication, inventory management, and to-go order software
  • Prior experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent, professional communication in-person, over the phone, and over email
  • Take pride in making someone’s day
  • Availability for part-time or full-time hours between 7:00AM-9:30PM
  • Weekend availability and schedule flexibility are required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality and customer service
  • Proficiency in cash-handling
  • Comfortable using computers for communication and order management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 preferred
  • Excellent professional communication skills in-person, on phone, and via email
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Connect and engage with guests to provide exceptional hospitality
  • Serve as the primary communication link between guests and staff
  • Manage cash handling accurately and efficiently
  • Use computer systems for communication, inventory management, and order software
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally in-person, by phone, and email
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and enjoyable store experience
  • Support store operations during busy and high-energy periods
