Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience required
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • must be able to work flexible hours
  • strong command of the English language
  • ability to learn quickly
  • able to multitask
  • ability to lift, pull, and push minimum of 20 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk during entire shift
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to arriving and departing guests
  • check in and check out guests efficiently

  • assist with guest issues professionally
