Job Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- must be able to work flexible hours
- strong command of the English language
- ability to learn quickly
- able to multitask
- ability to lift, pull, and push minimum of 20 lbs
- ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- effective communication skills
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to arriving and departing guests
- check in and check out guests efficiently

- provide information to guest and visitor inquiries
