Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license required
  • ability to lift, carry, and move luggage up to 75 lbs
  • comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight shifts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • a positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or other items up to 75 lbs
  • comfortable working in outdoor conditions for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license required
  • previous guest service or hotel experience preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • willingness to participate in a rotation of overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
  • assist guests with luggage handling and storage
  • provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations
  • coordinate transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas
  • collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
