- Part-time availability including weekends
- ability to work 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and other mid shifts
- passion for providing exceptional guest service
- previous experience in assisting guests during check-in and check-out
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
