Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a guest-facing role
  • availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and strong service orientation
  • detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy during tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to multitask efficiently under pressure

  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
