- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
- Required certifications for food handling and alcohol handling as mandated by regulations

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact warmly welcoming all guests entering the sports bar as the Guest Services Greeter
- Proactively engage with guests to ensure they have a legendary experience
- Efficiently manage the waitlist and seating process ensuring guests are seated promptly and strategically
- Maintain high standards of superior guest service throughout all interactions
- Uphold the spirit of the game by embodying our values and contributing to a positive team environment
