Job Requirements

  • Completed high school diploma or GED
  • previous experience as a receptionist or front desk professional
  • friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong customer service mindset
  • proficiency with computers and office software
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • familiarity with health information management practices is a plus
