Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- at least 1 year supervising staff in retail or service setting
- ability to pass pre-employment background and reference checks
- current Oregon Liquor Control Commission license or willingness to obtain
- current Oregon Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain

- demonstrated ability to handle high-volume interactions and transactions
- experience working effectively with diverse populations
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- supervise and support guest services representative staff
- rotate across multiple stations providing high-quality customer service
- manage guest ticketing
- usher guests and provide directions
- answer guest inquiries
- perform concierge duties
- ensure adherence to museum policies and standards
