Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and home game days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure

- Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred

- Availability to work most home basketball games
- Weekend availability required
Job Duties
- Prepare your assigned section for guests by wiping down seats and checking for hazards
- Welcome fans with a friendly and helpful attitude when gates open
- Scan event tickets to ensure proper entry
- Assist guests in locating their ticketed seats
- Monitor assigned area and report hazards or incidents to supervisors
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Enforce facility policies and manage crowd flow for safety
