Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and venue policies
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Job Duties
- Prepare your assigned section for guests including wiping down seats and checking for hazards
- Welcome fans with a friendly and helpful attitude when gates open
- Scan event tickets ensuring proper use for entry
- Assist fans in locating their ticketed seats
- Be alert to potential hazards and report incidents to supervisors
- Monitor assigned areas for issues and opportunities to enhance guest experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- Assist guests in ADA accessible seating sections
- Enforce all building policies and procedures to ensure safety
- Manage foot traffic flow of large crowds
- Check identification for age verification regarding alcohol purchase
- Be knowledgeable about arena emergency evacuation plan to assist guests safely
