Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Basic proficiency in using ticket scanning technology and communication devices

Job Duties

  • Prepare your assigned section for guests including wiping down seats and reporting hazards
  • Welcome fans with a smile and helpful attitude when gates open
  • Scan event tickets ensuring proper ticket usage
  • Assist fans in locating their ticketed seats
  • Be alert and proactive to potential hazards and report incidents
  • Monitor assigned area for issues and opportunities to enhance guest experience
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest concerns and complaints
  • Assist guests in ADA accessible seating sections
  • Enforce all building policies and procedures to ensure guest safety
  • Manage the flow of large crowds efficiently
  • Check guest identification to verify age for alcohol purchases
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency evacuation plans to assist guests during emergencies
