Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years in administrative experience
  • 6 months in previous experience using property management or reservation systems
  • 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Greets and establishes rapport with guests, current and prospective residents
  • Fields resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager
  • Maintains the petty cash fund and records expenditures properly
  • Performs general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, filing
  • Collects and posts payments and fees in Yardi, issues receipts
  • Prepares and distributes resort communications including newsletters and rule reminders
  • Assists with guest reservations in person and via phone
  • Ensures office supplies are stocked and orders supplies as needed
  • Assists with planning and coordinating guest and resident events
  • Supports preparation of marketing materials
  • Makes collection calls for site rental payments and submits bad debt files
  • Processes resident move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintains resort records, reports, and files
  • Refers sales prospects to management and enters information timely
  • Obtains approvals on resident applications and tracks status
  • Assists prospective residents with home inventory and rental applications
  • Reviews and codes invoices and payables for manager approval
  • Checks guests in and out for reservations
