Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with their needs and concerns, providing warm and welcoming hospitality
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues and requests
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
- Provide administrative support to the facility, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other clerical tasks as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and outstanding care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other staff members to ensure resident needs are met and exceeded
