Job Duties
- Manage the Fast Pass process for incoming patients and visitors
- Guests must present ID at check-in, which will be processed through the system
- Alerts are handled according to established protocols
- Greet and direct patients/guests promptly, ensuring they are routed appropriately
- Communicate effectively with registrars, clinical teams, and security as needed
- Maintain awareness of lobby and common areas, reporting concerns per established procedures
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while utilizing the Fast Pass system
- Work 12-hour shifts as needed, including every-other weekend
- Provide excellent customer service while upholding organizational mission and values
