Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression to patients, families, and guests
  • answer phones and respond to general/basic questions from callers
  • give directions and assist with navigation within the facility
  • provide customer or guest services in person or over the phone, including forward-facing patient interactions
  • recognize potential crisis situations and liaise with security or clinical teams as needed
  • facilitate communication between guests, team members, and Access Care Staff to enhance patient-centered care
  • perform minimal administrative duties as required
