Job Duties
- Greet patients, families and visitors in a friendly professional manner
- answer questions and provide listings of local amenities including dining, hotels, restaurants, flower shops, bus schedules, airline information, car rental services and pharmacies
- identify and report visitors, guests and patients needs
- resolve customer issues or escalate to supervisor as required
- provide escorts for patients and visitors to areas throughout the hospital that are difficult to locate
- refer patients and visitors to appropriate services where their needs and concerns can be addressed
- maintain standards of customer service excellence
- maintain current information and materials regarding facilities, services and local restaurants and attractions
- clean and report the status of assigned equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding areas
