Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or related service industry
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, hospitality management, or customer experience
  • computer literate

  • basic Life Support (BLS) required

Job Duties

  • Act as a team member of Guest Services displaying warm welcoming and assisting guests
  • coordinate and prioritize incoming requests for service while effectively communicating timeframes
  • demonstrate a positive attitude and serve as an ambassador for the hospital
  • provide non-clinical support services including information and coordination of hospital and local amenities
  • serve as an on-call notary service for internal customers and guests
  • assist lost guests in finding their way
  • participate in service councils and committees to promote service quality
