Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Degree in hospitality or healthcare field
  • 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or related service industry
  • 1 to 2 years experience in customer service hospitality management customer experience and customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Articulate
  • Professional appearance
  • Participates in councils, committees, and looks for additional ways to serve

Job Duties

  • Acts as a team member of Guest Services, part of the signature TriHealth first impression and displaying warm welcoming behaviors
  • Coordinates incoming requests for service and prioritizes to meet internal customer, patient, and visitor needs
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and professional demeanor serving as a hospital ambassador
  • Provides non-clinical support services including information and coordination of hospital and local area services
  • Serves as an on-call notary service for patients, visitors, and internal customers
  • Assists patients and guests with errands, daily in-house activities, and store purchases
  • Floats to other system locations as needed to meet staffing and service demands
