Job Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Anticipates and fulfills needs for patients, guests, physicians, and team members in person and on the telephone using a warm and friendly manner
- Exhibits hospitality by proactively greeting incoming patients and guests
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members and facilitates communication between families and healthcare team
- Uses telephone console, computer, and other resources to provide accurate information regarding patient locations, meeting information, office and clinic locations
- Answers the telephone promptly, positively, and helpfully
- Facilitates wayfinding services and escorts guests to destinations when appropriate
- Responds appropriately to urgent situations and communicates to the correct leaders and resources
- Completes zone rounding for cleanliness
- receives, labels, and delivers mail, flowers, and packages promptly
- Sets up, stocks, maintains, and completes daily closing duties for assigned areas
- Reports maintenance and housekeeping needs and tracks timely completion
- Maintains accurate contact information for hospital personnel, departments, and local resources
- Participates in continuous improvement through pilot programs and educational activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
