Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression to patients, families, and guests
- Answer phones and respond to general/basic questions from callers
- Give directions and assist with navigation within the facility
- Provide customer or guest services in person or over the phone, including front-facing patient interactions
- Recognize potential crisis situations and liaise with security or clinical teams as needed
- Facilitate communication between guests, team members, and Access Care Staff to enhance patient-centered care
- Perform minimal administrative duties as required
