  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to act as a liaison between guests and clinical staff

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression to patients, families, and guests
  • Answer phones and respond to general/basic questions from callers
  • Give directions and assist with navigation within the facility
  • Provide customer or guest services in person or over the phone, including front-facing patient interactions
  • Recognize potential crisis situations and liaise with security or clinical teams as needed
  • Facilitate communication between guests, team members, and Access Care Staff to enhance patient-centered care
  • Perform minimal administrative duties as required
