Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression to patients, families, and guests
- answer phones and respond to general or basic questions from callers
- give directions and assist with navigation within the facility
- provide customer or guest services in person or over the phone, including front-facing patient interactions
- recognize potential crisis situations and liaise with security or clinical teams as needed
- facilitate communication between guests, team members, and Access Care Staff to enhance patient-centered care
- perform minimal administrative duties as required
