Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- clean driving record and valid Driver's License
- ability to lift and carry luggage
- flexible with work schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
- proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant preferred
- must be flexible with schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
- requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- clean driving record and valid Driver's License
- ability to lift and carry luggage and pull luggage carts
- ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- must provide work authorization document proving eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet all guests and deliver luggage to room upon check-in, pick up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the front drive
- maintain proper records of deliveries and pick ups
- handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- resolve customer complaints and assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, directions, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, and in-house events
- assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks, and special requests
- receive vehicles from guests and drive to the hotel garage safely, adhering to all traffic regulations
- pick up vehicles when requested in a timely manner
- yield to pedestrians
- assess any damage to vehicles, noting damage on claim tickets along with vehicle location when parked
- deposit key and ticket in Bell closet
- perform errands for guests and the hotel requiring local travel off-property
- assist with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining and housekeeping items during overnight shifts
- comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- perform other duties and projects as assigned
